About Me

I’m Jason Daniel, a brand communicator, designer and writer, specialising in food & drink, based in Harrogate. I am a lifelong food enthusiast. I started cooking using the Jimmy Young cook book at the age of five and I haven’t looked back since.

I have been lucky throughout my life to enjoy great food and drink all over the world, which my career has played a large part in, taking me from the newspaper industry in London to my own business in Harrogate. I have been working with some of the UK’s major players in food supply, which has allowed me to design, write, travel, eat, drink and meet some amazing people. I just like to write in my own style and wanted to share my ramblings with you. I have been fortunate to spend time in professional kitchens with both Michelin starred and other great chefs doing workshops, training and brainstorming new ideas. I was editor of a fppd news title called ‘the perfect ingredient’ which was read by chefs, suppliers and food people all over the UK and Europe.

My company has a variety of clients in food & drink, producing brand identities, creative solutions, marketing, pr, packaging design and event organisation.
